Grun Resort Uluwatu is currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Commis (Daily Worker) to join our culinary team. This role will support daily kitchen operations, assist with food preparation, and maintain high standards of hygiene and food quality.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Chef in food preparation and presentation
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Perform daily kitchen tasks as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications:
Minimum vocational high school (SMK) in Culinary or related field
At least 6 months of experience in a similar position (fresh graduates are welcome)
Willing to work on a daily worker basis
Positive attitude, disciplined, and a team player
Based in Bali (preferably around Pecatu/South Kuta)
