You'll be responsible for the kitchen execution of amazing sweet treats throughout Mamaka
Reporting to the Chef De Partie, this is a challenging and busy role suited for an experienced.
You must have a wealth of experience but bring your mark on everything sweet, there are no limitations to what you can create or plate up and support your Culinary Team. We provide flexible rostering; good work-life balance and your role is a critical part of the kitchen family with bags of development opportunities.

Fresh grads? YES! Especially if you've had some trainee experience.
You are a hands-on Commis with a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar cutting edge hospitality environment
Assist in menu, implementation and execution
Controlling food preparation and managing wastage for your section
You will enjoy being on tools and bringing our creations to life
Good knowledge of WHS, food hygiene and efficient kitchen processes
International experience a plus
