Our client is seeking a Commercial Manager to join their team!

What you'll be doing?

Manage Contracts: Oversee contract lifecycles, tender reviews, and negotiations to maximize margins.

Ensure Compliance: Guarantee operations comply with BCA, MOM, and other authorities.

Subcontractor Management: Oversee main and subcontract agreements for timely execution and risk control.

Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, cash flow, and cost forecasts to maintain profitability.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks across projects.

Who are they looking for?

Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related fields.

Experience Required: 10-15 years of commercial management experience in the M&E industry, with a proven track record in Singapore.

Contract Knowledge: Strong knowledge of standard contracts in Singapore (PSSCOC, SIA contracts).

Skills Needed: Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills; analytical ability with attention to detail.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ERP/Project Management systems (e.g., ACC) and Microsoft Office Suite.
