Job Description

1. Support subcontract tendering activities including preparation of RFQ, issuance to bidders, and coordination of bid clarifications.

2. Assist in technical and commercial bid evaluation together with engineering and procurement teams.

3. Prepare bid evaluation documents and support subcontract award process (LOA / Subcontract).

4. Manage subcontract documentation, correspondence, and records.

5. Support subcontract administration including payment certification, variation evaluation, and commercial follow-up.

6. Track subcontract progress and coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.

7. Maintain subcontract registers and related documentation in the project document management system.

8. Assist the Commercial Manager in general commercial tasks including reporting, cost tracking, and contractual correspondence.

Requirements：

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline.

2. 3–8 years of relevant experience, preferably with EPC contractors in the oil & gas industry.

3. Experience in subcontract tendering and subcontract administration preferred.

Salary: $4500-$8000/ month
