About the role

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our thriving manufacturing team at PT Rumah Prefab Banyuwangi in Banyuwangi, East Java. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining state-of-the-art CNC machines to support our production of high-quality prefabricated building components.

What you'll be doing

Operate CNC Plasma Cutting machines safely and efficiently to produce components with tight tolerances according to technical specifications.

Able to produce by determining the most efficient material layout cutting parameters.

Carefully monitor the production process, perform necessary machine adjustments and calibrations.

Doing routine quality inspections at every stage of production to ensure results meet standards.

Doing periodic maintenance on machines (preventive maintenance), machine tools, and related equipment to ensure optimal conditions.

Collaborate with other production teams to ensure a smooth workflow.

Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the production area.

Follow the company's established safety and work environment procedures.

What we're looking for

Fresh graduate or experienced in the field of steel manufacturing.

Able to read technical drawings and create technical drawings.

Understand the basics of CNC programming.

Able to create, read, and edit CNC programs (G-code).

Proficient in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Sheetcam, SolidWorks, AutoCAD).

Able to use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, etc.

Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Able to work both in a team and independently, and accustomed to production targets.
