Club Executive

Reporting to the Front Office Manager & designates, the incumbent will be responsible to:-

• Handle guest check-in and check-out
• Handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally
• Run Food & Beverage operations at the Club Lounge

Requirements:-

• At least one year of work experience in a similar capacity in the hotel industry.
• Energetic, proactive, self-driven, highly motivated and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Adaptable, determined and be someone who wants to be on a fast paced environment that promotes changes and drive for achievements.
• Knowledge of Opera System would be added advantage.
