Job description for Clinic Assistant at Spire Orthopaedic Centre Pte Ltd
Job Responsibilities:
Manage front counter duties and attend to patients in a professional manner
Handle enquiries via phone calls, email, social media, and SMS
Register patients using clinic management software
Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, and update records accurately
Assist doctors and support daily clinic operations
Process payments via cash and credit card
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the clinic at all times
Perform administrative and other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Able to work independently with initiative and responsibility
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to communicate in both English and Chinese
Relevant working experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage
