VIRTUE MEDICAL CLINIC is looking for FULL-TIME Clinic Assistants to join our fledgling healthcare group!

Responsibilities of a Clinic Assistant

Aid in the registration and scheduling of patients

Prepare prescribed medications as instructed by the doctor.

Generate bills and invoices for patients, and collect payments.

Process of billing transactions under different Government schemes and managed care programmes.

Receive and distribute lab reports, communicate with the doctor, and contact patients accordingly

Manage inventory and replenish of medicines and consumable items.

Manage the housekeeping of the clinic to ensure its tidiness and cleanliness

Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

Prior experience in clinic operations (minimum 1 year)

Knowledge of relevant government and insurance schemes and/or usage of Plato CMS an advantage

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Hours: 44 hours/week including 1 weekend shift

Start Date: As soon as possible
