As a Cleaning Supervisor at NATIONWELL SERVICES PTE LTD, you will play a key role in overseeing efficient and effective cleaning operations for our clients in the Tuas West region. This full-time position requires you to lead and manage a team of cleaners while ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate a team of cleaners to ensure all cleaning duties are carried out efficiently and to a high standard

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor cleaning quality and identify areas for improvement

Provide training, guidance, and support to cleaning staff to enhance their skills and performance

Liaise with clients to understand and meet their cleaning requirements and expectations

Maintain proper records of cleaning activities, attendance, and inventory

Troubleshoot and resolve cleaning-related issues promptly and effectively

Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations at all times

Attend to faults, feedback, and operational issues when required

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar cleaning supervisory role

Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team

Good attention to detail with a strong commitment to cleanliness and service quality

Effective communication and customer service skills

Proficient in handling cleaning equipment, chemicals, and materials

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
