Construction Supervision: Lead and supervise daily civil and steel structure construction activities, managing contractors and subcontractors to ensure adherence to specifications.

Design Review: Review, comment on, and approve design drawings and reports from design firms before they are issued for construction.

Quality & Safety Control: Enforce strict Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements and conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with building codes and pharmaceutical standards.

Technical Problem Resolution: Act as a subject matter expert, resolving on-site technical deviations and anomalies.

Project Scheduling: Monitor project timelines, progress, and resource availability to ensure on-time delivery of projects.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, inspections, and safety procedures.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering,  relevant work experience in construction, with experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or similar industrial construction industry.

Proficiency in reviewing construction plans, CAD, or modeling software.
