About the role

We are seeking an experienced C&S (Civil & Structural) Design Engineer to join our talented team at China Jingye Engineering Corporation Limited (Singapore Branch) in Singapore for Project CR101 ( MRT- LTA ) and Waterfront Development ( RWS ). As a key member of our dynamic engineering unit, you will play a pivotal role in the design and development of innovative civil and structural solutions for a variety of high-profile projects.

What you'll be doing

Conduct detailed analysis and design of civil and structural components for a range of projects

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop integrated, cost-effective design solutions

Prepare comprehensive technical drawings, reports, and specifications to support project delivery

Ensure designs adhere to all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Provide on-site support during construction and assist with problem-solving as needed

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related engineering discipline

Minimum 3-5 years of post-graduate experience in civil and structural design, preferably in the building or infrastructure sectors

Proficient in using engineering design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or AutoCAD

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations in Singapore

Registration as a Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Chartered Engineer (C.Eng.) would be an advantage
