• Selasa: Pagi, Siang, Sore
• Rabu: Pagi, Siang, Sore
• Kamis: Pagi, Siang, Sore
• Jum'at: Pagi, Siang, Sore
• Sabtu: Pagi, Siang, Sore
• Minggu: Pagi, Siang, Sore
• Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Chinese dishes (stir-fry, soups, dim sum, rice, noodles, roasted meats, etc.)

Operate wok stations and use traditional Chinese cooking techniques (wok frying, steaming, braising, roasting)

Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control according to restaurant standards

Supervise and train junior kitchen staff as needed

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen and equipment

Manage food inventory and assist in ordering ingredients

Collaborate with the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager on menu planning and seasonal specials

Requirements:

Proven experience working in a Chinese restaurant or hotel kitchen

Strong knowledge of Chinese culinary techniques and ingredients

Proficiency with wok cooking and high-heat methods

Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency

Good communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
