• Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini

• Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp4,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per bulan

We are seeking a reliable and motivated CHEF DE PARTIE to join our NEW OUTLET CALLED "NUNO" kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for preparing quality meals, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBITIES

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standards

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained

• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control

• Contribute to menu planning and new dish ideas

• Coordinate with other stations for timely food delivery

• Ensure mise en place is complete and consistent for every service

• Lead junior staff (Demi CDP, Commis) during prep and service

• Maintain high-quality plating and consistency for every dish

• Communicate with Sous Chef about station performance and needs

• Train and mentor junior cooks in technique, timing, and hygiene

• Provide feedback to Commis or Trainees to help them improve

• Set an example of professionalism and work ethic

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to Sous Chef or store

• Assist with stock rotation (FIFO) and proper storage

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 - 3 years experience as Demi CDP or CDP

• Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP

• Excellent knife skills and station management

• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced kitchen

• Positive attitude and team leadership
