Chef de Partie (Chinese)

The Chef de Partie is responsible for supervising a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency. This role supports the Sous Chef and contributes to the overall efficiency of kitchen operations while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards.

- 4 or more years of experience in Chinese and Nusantara culinary.

- Having worked in a reputable Chinese restaurant will be highly considered
