Responsibilities:
- Lead grill station with expertise in Western cuisine.
- Prepare and cook meats, seafood, and vegetables to high standards.
- Ensure food consistency, portion control, and presentation.
- Supervise junior cooks in grill section.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CDP / Grill Chef in Western kitchens. - Strong knowledge of grilling techniques and meat cuts.
- Creativity and passion for Western cuisine.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
