We are looking for a Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our Plant-Based Quick Service Restaurant team. This is a hands-on leadership and training role, not a menu-creation position. The ideal candidate is a skilled cook who can follow recipes precisely and ensure the team consistently adheres to company SOPs and standards. The CDP will play a vital role in maintaining product consistency, quality, and efficiency across multiple outlets.

Key Responsibilities

Train, supervise, and guide kitchen team members to follow SOPs with precision.

Take responsibility for daily tasks at each food station, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and performance.

Monitor workflow, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth operations during peak service.

Enforce kitchen hygiene, sanitizing, and safety standards at all times.

Maintain consistency and quality across outlets to strengthen customer trust and loyalty.

Demonstrate and train others in professional kitchen techniques (knife skills, food prep, and handling diverse menu items such as burritos, salads, and premium dishes).

Support a team culture that is disciplined, supportive, and success-driven.

Identify opportunities to improve processes and proactively suggest or implement solutions.

Requirements

Proven experience as a CDP or strong line cook in a professional kitchen.

Excellent technical kitchen skills (knife handling, food preparation, station management).

Familiarity with kitchen operations: sanitation, cleaning, and food safety.

Experience with diverse, innovative menus in a plant-based or QSR environment is a plus.

Ability to work with speed and efficiency while maintaining accuracy and detail.

Strong understanding of consistency in multi-store operations.
