Center Executive (Hawker Division)

Are you passionate about operations, people management, and creating a vibrant community space? We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Center Executive to support the management of Yishun Park Hawker Centre.

Responsibility

·       Support the Centre Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the hawker centre.

·       Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including staffing, tenant relations, cleanliness, safety, and maintenance.

·       Monitor and enforce compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and company SOPs.

·       Coordinate and oversee preventive maintenance programs and follow up on rectification works.

·       Build strong relationships with stall tenants and provide timely operational support.

·       Work closely with government agencies, landlords, contractors, and third-party service providers.

·       Investigate and resolve operational issues, tenant feedback, and customer concerns efficiently.

·       Execute marketing, promotional, and community engagement activities to drive footfall and enhance the centre's vibrancy.

·       Monitor operational KPIs and support initiatives to improve performance and customer satisfaction.

·       Assist in implementing new operational processes and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

·       Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification; Diploma holders and above will have an advantage.

·       At least 1 year of relevant experience in operations, facilities management, property management, retail, hospitality, or F&B.

·       Experience managing or liaising with tenants, stallholders, vendors, or business operators will be highly advantageous.

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Able to converse in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking tenants and stakeholders.

·       Resourceful, independent, and able to solve problems effectively.

·       Good leadership skills with a positive, hands-on attitude.

·       Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
