We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Catering Sales Executive to drive sales, manage client relationships, and coordinate catering event requirements. The ideal candidate is proactive, organised, and passionate about delivering excellent service in the events and F&B industry.
Salary: $3000-$4000
Location: Bedok
- Handle enquiries and secure new catering orders from corporate and private clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients on event requirements.
- Liaise with clients to understand event needs, including menu selection, setup, and logistics.
- Coordinate with operations and kitchen teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed events.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and build long-term partnerships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and support business growth initiatives.
- Manage event bookings, confirmations, and administrative documentation.
- Handle feedback and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Support marketing activities and promotional efforts when required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
- Experience in sales, hospitality, catering, or F&B industry preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with good negotiation and closing skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple clients and deadlines.
- Proficient in basic computer skills (email, Excel, quotation preparation).
- Willing to work flexible hours when required (events may involve weekends/PH).
