- Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp3,000,000 - Rp4,700,000 per bulan
Main Responsibilities :
Process customer transactions accurately using MOKA POS system.
Input sales and orders into the POS system in accordance with company procedures.
Receive and manage various types of payments (cash, debit/credit cards, e-wallets, QRIS).
Provide receipts and ensure customer satisfaction at the point of sale.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area and front display (if applicable).
Conduct daily cash drawer reconciliation and report any discrepancies.
Support daily cashier closing procedures and summarize sales data at the end of shift.
Submit daily sales reports to the designated supervisor or finance team.
Handle customer complaints related to payment or billing in a polite and professional manner.
Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Qualifications :
Minimum education : Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience as a cashier, preferably in F&B or hospitality industry.
Familiarity with MOKA POS or other modern POS systems is a strong advantage.
Able to operate cashier tools (tablet/iPad, receipt printer, barcode scanner, EDC machine).
Good numerical and calculation skills with high accuracy.
Friendly, honest, customer-oriented, and able to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Placement at Jl. Pantai Batu Bolong, Canggu.
