About the role

Zenith Automobile Pte Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join our team. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of our premium range of automobiles and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time role based in our Bukit Batok West Region showroom.

What you'll be doing

Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalised product recommendations

Demonstrate and showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles to potential customers

Negotiate and close sales transactions in a professional and ethical manner

Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range, pricing, and industry trends

Provide after-sales support and follow-up with customers to ensure their satisfaction

Contribute to the overall sales targets and growth of the company

What we're looking for

Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and thrive under pressure

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Proficient in using sales tools and customer relationship management software

A passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
