Job description for Cambridge Mathematics Teacher at Stella Mundi Foundation

We are seeking a passionate, creative, and energetic educator to join our team as a Lower Primary Science and Mathematics Teacher. The successful candidate will be responsible

Key Responsibilities :

Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in Mathematics and Science based on the Cambridge curriculum standards.

Active Learning: Create a "hands-on" classroom environment where students learn through discovery, experiments, and manipulative-based math.

Assessment: Monitor and evaluate student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.

Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom culture that encourages curiosity and mutual respect.

Collaboration: Work closely with the primary department to integrate STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) initiatives.


Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed), Mathematics. A teaching certification is highly preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching lower primary levels

Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Proficiency in using educational technology (e.g., Interactive Whiteboards, Google Classroom, or educational apps).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Creative problem solving abilities and growth mindset

Patience and a genuine love for working with children
