We are seeking a highly motivated and attentive Butler to join our company, providing personalized service and ensuring an outstanding experience for our guests
Responsibilities
Guest Services & Experience
Welcome guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a memorable first impression.
Provide personalized assistance throughout the stay, including itinerary planning, restaurant reservations, tour arrangements, spa bookings, and transportation coordination.
Anticipate guest needs and preferences to deliver exceptional, tailored service.
Villa Operations & House Management
Oversee daily villa operations to ensure all areas are clean, organized, and functioning properly.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and drivers to maintain high service standards.
Perform daily villa checks, including cleanliness, amenities, safety, lighting, and inventory control.
Safety, Security & Confidentiality
Ensure guest safety by monitoring villa security and emergency protocols.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding guest identity and personal information.
Handle guest belongings with care and integrity.
Requirements
Education & Experience
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in hospitality, villas, resorts, or private butler service.
Experience in concierge, or guest relations is highly preferred.
Formal training in hospitality or butler service is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail and service-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Personal Qualities
Polite manner, and positive attitude.
Warm, friendly, and guest-focused demeanor.
Strong dedication to delivering luxury-level service.
Flexible, adaptable, and willing to work irregular hours, weekends, and holidays.
Other Requirements
Knowledge of Bali’s local culture, attractions, dining, and activities.
Ability to work independently or as part of a villa team.
Willingness to undergo background checks or training if required.
