Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, cut, trim, and portion meat according to company standards.

Ensure meat quality, freshness, hygiene, and proper storage.

Control meat usage, minimize waste, and support food cost efficiency.

Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards (HACCP).

Support kitchen operations and teamwork.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Butcher or Butchery Chef.

Strong knowledge of meat cuts and handling techniques.

Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Willing to work shifts.
