Qualifications :

Able to communicate in English (spoken and written)

Have Mandarin skill is a plus

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Experience in footwear manufacturing is a plus

Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Energetic, willing to learn, and quick to adapt

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities :

1. Identify market expansion opportunities (both domestic and international) and develop effective growth strategies.

2. Collaborate with production, marketing, and finance teams to ensure business targets are successfully achieved.

3. Prepare and deliver regular business reports and presentations to senior management.

4. Oversee and monitor product development projects, business partnerships, and operational efficiency initiatives.

5. Build and maintain strong communication with clients, business partners, and vendors.
