Job Overview
We are seeking a commercially driven and entrepreneurial Business Lead to lead the growth and market development of our sister company in Singapore.
Reporting to the COO, the Business Lead will play a pivotal role in driving commercial performance, strengthening strategic partnerships, expanding key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities across the HoReCa and beverage landscape.
The role will lead the sales and technical team in Singapore while working closely with operations, commercial, regional technical, finance, supply chain, and regional stakeholders to ensure strong business execution and customer success.

Key Responsibilities
Commercial Leadership & Sales Management
Lead and manage the Singapore sales and commercial team to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with Group objectives and market opportunities.
Monitor sales pipeline, forecasting, conversion, and account performance to ensure achievement of KPIs.
Guide the team in prospecting, negotiation, solution selling, and strategic account management.
Develop pricing, promotional, and channel strategies to enhance market competitiveness.
Build a high-performance commercial culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and customer excellence.
Strategic Account Management & Relationship Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, distributors, hotel groups, café chains, key customers and strategic partners.
Act as a key representative of the company within the coffee and HoReCa industry.
Organise and lead local conferences, partner events, customer appreciation programs, networking sessions and business engagement activities.
Business Development & New Product Development (NPD)
Identify emerging market trends, customer needs, and whitespace opportunities within the beverage and HoReCa sectors.
Build and manage a pipeline for new product development (NPD), brand expansion, new distributorship opportunities and category growth initiatives.
Collaborate with principals, regional stakeholders, marketing, and operations teams to evaluate and commercialise new business opportunities.
Drive go-to-market execution plans for new product launches and market activations.
Brand Building, Exhibitions & Market Expansion
Lead the company’s participation in trade exhibitions, industry conferences, coffee events, and regional showcases.
Strengthen market awareness and positioning of the company and its distributed brands in Singapore and the region.
Identify and develop new channels, partnerships, and market opportunities to expand business presence.
Commercial Planning & Financial Management
Manage commercial budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes.
Monitor revenue, profitability, gross margins, and business performance metrics.
Ensure disciplined management of commercial costs and investments.
Provide accurate business reporting and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Support the overall financial health and sustainable growth of the business.
Key Requirements
Your commercial leadership, relationship-building ability, and passion for growth will be critical in driving the continued success and expansion in Singapore. Therefore, you are required to possess the following:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 6–10 years of experience in commercial, business development, or sales leadership roles within coffee, beverage, HoReCa, foodservice, or related industries.
Proven track record in driving B2B sales growth, strategic account management, and market expansion.
Strong understanding of Singapore’s HoReCa and beverage landscape, including market trends, customer dynamics, and competitor environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing commercial teams.
Experience in managing key customer relationships, negotiations, and strategic partnerships.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, budgeting, profitability management and pipeline development.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
