About the role
Elitez Pte Ltd, a leading provider of innovative business solutions, is seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is based in the Kallang Central Region and will play a crucial part in expanding our client base and driving our company's growth.
What you'll be doing
Identifying and generating new business opportunities through active prospecting, networking, and relationship building
Conducting market research to understand customer needs and develop tailored sales strategies
Preparing and delivering engaging sales presentations to potential clients
Negotiating and closing sales contracts to meet or exceed revenue targets
Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective lead generation campaigns
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or a related field
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in new business development or sales, preferably in the B2B services industry
Proven track record of successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to tailor solutions to customer needs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
