Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Accountant, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Business Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and tax requirements. The role includes tasks such as managing budgets, assessing financial risks, preparing invoices and payroll, and collaborating with internal teams to support investment initiatives. The accountant will play a crucial role in optimizing financial processes to align with the company’s objectives. Qualifications Strong skills in financial accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting Proficiency in tax preparation, regulatory compliance, and auditing Experience with using financial software, tools, and Excel spreadsheets Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration Knowledge of investment accounting, private equity, or real estate is highly advantageous Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA qualification or equivalent certification is a plus, but not mandatory Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with attention to detail
