Position Overview

We are seeking hands-on Building Maintenance Technicians to support the upkeep and operations of a large industrial facility. This role is ideal for candidates with strong building maintenance experience who are comfortable working independently and responding to operational and maintenance needs.

Working Location: Pasir Panjang, Singapore
Working Hours:

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6:00pm

Alternate Saturday, 8:30am - 12:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance for building and facility equipment, including HVAC, fire protection systems, plumbing, lighting, generators, and electrical systems.

Support daily operations and maintenance of a large industrial facility, ensuring all systems operate safely and efficiently.

Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and maintenance issues.

Coordinate and liaise with contractors and service providers for repair and preventive maintenance works.

Perform minor building and repair works such as concrete patching, crack repair, plastering, tiling, grouting, and sealant application.

Execute basic electrical works including replacement of light fittings, switches, sockets, trunking, and conduits.

Conduct minor plumbing and sanitary fittings repair, including leakages, blockages, and replacement of taps and fittings.

Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports, and documentation.

Track and manage inventory of maintenance tools, spare parts, and consumables.

Support maintenance works across other company properties when required.

Job Requirement：

Minimum NTC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.

At least 3 years of relevant experience in building or facilities maintenance.

Experience in basic electrical and hands-on maintenance works.

Able to read and interpret electrical diagrams.

Able to work independently with a responsible and positive work attitude.

Class 3 driving license is preferred (company van provided; occasional travel to other sites required).
