Job Description:

Prepare and analyze routine operational and budget reports (daily, weekly and monthly).

Monitor mill operational costs and ensure budget utilization is effect and aligned with company targets.

Support evaluation of mill performance data for operational and financial decision making.

Coordinate with engineering and operational teams regarding maintenance budgeting, spare parts control, and cost monitoring.

Monitor preventive maintenance programs and support cost efficiency initiatives.

Analyze processes KPIs such as OER, KER, downtime, and energy efficiency.

Support troubleshooting analysis related to operational and process performance in the mill.

Ensure accurate documentation and reporting related to budgeting and operational control.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Accounting, Management or related fields.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Palm Oil Mill (PKS/POM) operations, budgeting, cost control, or engineering support.

Strong understanding of Palm Oil Mill Processes: sterilization, threshing, pressing, clarification, kernel recovery, and waste treatment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).

Knowledge of AutoCAD for basic engineering drawings/modification is an advantage.
