About the role
OneSystems Technologies is seeking a talented BIM Modeller to join our growing team in delivering integrated IT, OT, and ELV infrastructure solutions across complex commercial, industrial, and mission-critical projects. As a BIM Modeller, you will be responsible for developing detailed and accurate 3D BIM models for systems such as security, surveillance, access control, structured cabling, network infrastructure, and other integrated technology solutions. You will work closely with project teams, engineers and clients to ensure design accuracy, clash coordination, and smooth project execution throughout the project lifecycle.
What you'll be doing
Develop and maintain high-quality 3D BIM models using industry-leading software
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure BIM models accurately reflect design intent
Analyse and interpret design drawings, specifications, and other project documentation to inform the BIM modelling process
Implement BIM standards and protocols to maintain consistency and quality across all project models
Provide support and guidance to junior team members on BIM best practices
Participate in regular model reviews and update BIM models accordingly
Assist with the generation of visualisations, simulations, and other BIM-related deliverables
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience as a BIM Modeller, preferably in the engineering or construction industry
Proficient in the use of BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Bentley MicroStation, or similar
Strong understanding of BIM principles, workflows, and industry standards
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional team
