Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, update, and maintain BIM models and AutoCAD drawings according to project requirements.

Produce detailed shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings.

Coordinate with engineers, consultants, maincontractors, and project teams to resolve drawing discrepancies.

Review and check drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project specifications.

Prepare and update documentation and other project-related paperwork.

Respond to project emails and maintain proper documentation records.

Assist in drawing submissions and revisions based on consultant or client comments.

Ensure all drawings and models comply with company standards and project requirements.

Attend coordination meetings when required.

Requirements:

Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM software such as Revit.

Good understanding of construction drawings and technical detailing.

Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Minimum relevant working experience preferred.

Knowledge of safety documentation and construction procedures is an advantage.
