About the role
We are seeking a talented BIM Modeller / AutoCAD Drafter to join our team at Seishin Pte Ltd. As a key member of our design and architecture team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality 3D building information models (BIM) and 2D CAD drawings to support the development of complex construction projects. This is a full-time position.
What you'll be doing
Developing and maintaining 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit and other BIM software
Producing 2D CAD drawings using AutoCAD to support the design and construction process
Collaborating with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure accurate and coordinated project deliverables
Produce and update CBP, shop drawings and temporary works. Clash detection and general coordination
Participating in project meetings and contributing to the overall success of the design and construction projects
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM modelling and AutoCAD drafting, preferably in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry
Proficient in the use of Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM/CAD software
Strong understanding of construction techniques, building materials, and industry standards
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
