Working Hours

Tuesday – Friday: 11:00am – 8:00pm

Saturday: 10:00am – 7:00pm

Sunday, Monday & Public Holiday: Off

Responsibilities

Deliver professional face and body treatments (slimming, facial, and other aesthetic services) using advanced machines and approved protocols.

Conduct thorough client consultations to assess needs, recommend tailored treatment plans, and set realistic expectations.

Monitor and track client progress; provide follow-up care, coaching and adjustments to treatment plans to maximise results and retention.

Promote products, treatment packages and membership plans; support referral and retention initiatives to grow client lifetime value.

Provide excellent customer service at all touchpoints — reception support, appointment management and handling client inquiries/concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Maintain outlet housekeeping and ensure a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment that meets company standards.

Record-keeping: accurately document client records, treatment details, consent forms and progress notes.

Stay current with industry trends, treatment techniques and product knowledge; attend training as required.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in slimming, facial or beauty therapy; postpartum wellness or advanced slimming experience is a plus.

Relevant certifications in body, aesthetic, beauty or facial techniques preferred.

Proven customer-facing sales ability; comfortable recommending treatments and achieving targets.

Experience operating slimming and facial machines, and familiarity with treatment protocols and client safety.

Ability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays as required.

Basic literacy in English, Chinese (Mandarin) ; additional language skills (e.g., Cantonese) advantageous.
