• Selasa: Siang, Sore
• Rabu: Siang, Sore
• Kamis: Siang, Sore
• Jum'at: Siang, Sore
• Minggu: Siang, Sore
• Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
• Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp4,500,000 - Rp6,500,000 per bulan

Requirement :

Diploma Degree (Hospitality or Hotelier)

Experience 2 years as Bartender

Excellent Communication

Have an experience handle Alcoholic, Beverage Knowledge, Service Knowledge, Point of Sales

Handling Complaints

Health & Safety (HACPP, ServSafe, etc)

Responsibilities:

Prepare and ensure that the bar area complies with the log book checklist (general cleaning, standard hygiene, bar setup, garnishing, and utensils) so that the bar area is ready for operational activities.

Ensure that glassware, bar equipment, and utensils are clean and usable in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures during bar operations.

Ensure that product ingredients, garnishing, bar equipment, and utensils used in product preparation comply with Standard Operating Procedures.

Inspect and ensure that all stock levels align with par stock levels for each item type and are stored in accordance with established storage standards.

Prepare inventory usage reports (waste/spoilage control) on a regular basis (daily, weekly, and monthly).

Check the shelf life and expiration dates of inventory products and place accurate inventory product orders.

Serve customers by providing product and service recommendations according to customer needs.

Prepare customer orders according to standard recipes and ensure the ordering process is accurate and timely.
