• Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
• Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp4,000,000 - Rp5,000,000 per bulan

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Bartender / Bar Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in beverage service, a strong understanding of liquor laws, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, managing inventory, and ensuring outstanding guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.

Greet guests, take orders, and provide recommendations.

Ensure compliance with local liquor laws and company policies.

Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and proper bar setup.

Monitor inventory and assist in restocking supplies.

Handle POS transactions and customer payments.

Respond to guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.

Train and support bar team members as needed.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a bar or hospitality setting preferred.

Knowledge of liquor laws, drink preparation, and POS systems.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
