Job Description – Bartender

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.

Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Take beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tools, and equipment.

Ensure proper stock control and report low inventory to the supervisor.

Follow hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.

Create a positive guest experience through good service and communication.

Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.

Assist with bar setup and closing procedures.

Collaborate with service staff and kitchen for smooth operations.

Requirements – Bartender

Minimum education: High School or equivalent.

Previous experience as a bartender is preferred.

Knowledge of classic cocktails, basic mixology, and beverage presentation.

Well-groomed, clean, and professional appearance.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

Honest, disciplined, and responsible.

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
