Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma 3 or relevant Bar background

Basic knowledge of Beverage Service

Good communication skills

Excellent English communication

Ability to manage a team

Skilled in customer handling, including handling complaints

Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar and ensure smooth service during operating hours.

Motivate and provide ongoing training to ensure high levels of customer service.

Maintain a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere.

Ensure all customers receive prompt and courteous service.

Assess customer needs and preferences and make beverage recommendations.

Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.

Manage inventory and cleaning of bar supplies.

Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.

Keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.

Provide assistance to other departments when applicable.
