Job Responsibilities (Barista):
- Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to
company quality standards.
- Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional service to customers, and handle
requests or complaints appropriately.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of beverage ingredients and reorder as needed.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of coffee machines and
other barista tools.
- Work Area Cleanliness: Keep the bar area and work environment clean, following hygiene and
food safety standards.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to support smooth restaurant
operations.
- Product Knowledge: Provide customers with information about beverage menus, ingredients,
and preparation methods.
Job Qualifications (Barista):
- Education:
Minimum high school graduate, preferably from hospitality, tourism, or culinary backgrounds.
- Experience:
At least 1 year of experience as a barista in a café or restaurant. Experience with espresso
machines is a plus.
- Skills:
- Proficient in basic coffee and beverage preparation techniques.
- Good communication skills and customer service-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of beverage ingredients and hygiene standards.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain consistency in flavor and presentation.
- Can speak English conversational level
