What you'll be doing

Brewing and serving high-quality coffee and espresso-based drinks with speed and precision

Providing friendly and attentive customer service to ensure a positive experience for all customers

Preparing food items such as pastries, sandwiches, and light snacks to complement the café's offerings

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all equipment and work areas are well-maintained

Actively participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of new menu items and customer service initiatives

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role within the hospitality industry

An eye for detail and a commitment to delivering consistently high-quality beverages and food items

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide friendly and professional customer service

A passion for coffee and a willingness to continuously learn and improve your craft

The ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment
