The Barista is responsible for delivering an exceptional coffee and customer experience that reflects the BGS (Bali Good Surf) lifestyle and culture. This role involves preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the bar area, and ensuring each guest feels welcomed and valued.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista (specialty coffee experience preferred).

Strong knowledge of espresso-based drinks, manual brew methods, and basic latte art.

Passionate about coffee, people, and delivering great service.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
