Role Overview
We’re looking for someone who goes beyond just making drinks, you create magic experiences. As a Barista/Bartender, you’ll craft quality coffee and beverages while bringing fresh, creative ideas to the menu. If you enjoy experimenting with flavors, combining ingredients, and pushing boundaries with drinks, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, non-alcoholic, Alcoholic and specialty beverages
• Develop and experiment with new drink ideas (e.g. soda + Monin syrups, signature coffee blends, seasonal drinks)
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages
• Calibrate coffee equipment and ensure proper extraction standards
• Engage with customers, recommend drinks, and create a welcoming experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar/workstation
• Assist with stock management and ingredient preparation


What We’re Looking For
• Passion for coffee, beverages, and creativity
• Ability to experiment and innovate with flavors and ingredients
• Basic barista/bartending skills (training can be provided)
• Good understanding of taste balance (sweet, sour, bitter, etc.)
• Positive attitude, team player, and good communication skills
• Attention to detail and consistency


Bonus Points If You
• Have experience creating your own drink recipes
• Are familiar with Monin syrups or similar flavor systems
• Enjoy staying updated with beverage trends
• Have a strong sense of presentation and aesthetics
