We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bar Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage bar operations efficiently. You will be responsible for overseeing daily bar activities, ensuring high standards of service, and supporting the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate bar staff, including bartenders and servers

- Maintain excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly

- Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering supplies

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations

- Assist in training and development of bar staff

- Monitor cash handling and financial transactions

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

- Support promotional events and upsell products

✅ Requirements

Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or similar role

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsible and trustworthy with cash handling
