We’re Hiring: Inventary & Data Analyst SPV
Location: Kerobokan, Bali
Gingersnap Bali is looking for a Inventory & Data Analyst SPV to join our growing team. This role combines operational leadership with data-driven decision making to ensure smooth stock management and insightful reporting that supports our brand’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and support our stockist team in daily, weekly, and monthly operations
Monitor POS transactions to maintain accurate inventory
Review and ensure compliance of stockist admin work with company policies (production output, distribution, stock balancing, reporting, stock take, etc.)
Train new stockist admins and Staff Toko on POS systems
Organize stock opname, quality inspections, and special order processing
Ensure replacement sales and second routes run smoothly during peak seasons
Analyze sales and stock data across retail and consignment stores
Provide regular reports (monthly, yearly, segment-based) to guide production, designers, and store coordinators
Recommend promotions, discounts, and new product strategies based on market insights
Qualifications:
Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams
Background in inventory, retail operations, or supply chain
Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting and analysis
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Proficiency in POS systems and MS Excel (or similar tools)
Interest in fashion retail and problem-solving
