We are looking for a B2C Marketing Internto support the growth and engagement of our parenting and women-focused WhatsApp communities in Indonesia. You will assist in executing marketing and community strategies to help us reach and engage more users through digital channels and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in growing WhatsApp communities by supporting outreach through digital campaigns, partnerships, and referral initiatives.

• Help identify and connect with relevant parenting groups, micro-influencers, and Key Opinion Moms (KOMs).
• Help track community metrics (growth, activity, retention) and compile performance reports.
• Contribute fresh ideas for user engagement and B2C marketing strategies.

Requirements

Requirements:

• University student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• Passion for B2C marketing, online communities, and parenting/women’s lifestyle topics.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp and digital platforms.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (English is a plus).
• Eager to learn, proactive, detail-oriented, and creative.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Experience managing or being active in WhatsApp, Telegram, or Facebook communities.
• Basic skills in content creation or digital marketing tools.

• Interest or knowledge in data analytics, community-building tools, or influencer outreach.
