Job Title: Sales Edutainment
Location: Bounce Street Asia, Artha Gading, North Jakarta
Job Description:
As a Sales Edutainment at Bounce Street Asia, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our fieldtrip programs to schools around Jakarta. You will be tasked with introducing our exciting concept, which includes indoor trampoline activities and break time at our on-site restaurant. Building strong relationships with school administrators and showcasing the benefits of our programs will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and build relationships with schools in the Jakarta area to offer our fieldtrip programs at Bounce Street Asia.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations about our programs to schools.
- Draft proposals, negotiate pricing, and follow through to close sales deals.
- Consistently achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with the operational team to ensure the smooth execution of fieldtrip events.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with trends in the edutainment and entertainment industries, ensuring our offerings remain relevant and compelling.
Job Specification:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B (Business to Business) sales.
- Experience working with schools or within the edutainment industry is a plus.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performing under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to persuade and engage clients.
- Good negotiation abilities.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, creative, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic industry.
- Position based at Bounce Street Asia, Artha Gading, North Jakarta.
