Job description for Associate Executive, Business Operations at SimplyGo Pte. Ltd.
As an Associate Executive, Operations Support you will be responsible for reviewing and processing commuter refund claims, handling related customer enquiries and supporting administrative tasks.
Key Tasks you will be involved in
Investigate and authorize refunds for claims submitted by commuters through various claims filing channels, ensuring accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
Investigate and approve refunds for all claims prior to the collection date.
Handle customer queries received via hotline regarding refund matters, including refund disagreements.
Attend to operators’ requests for reports and claim related enquiries.
Perform ad-hoc administrative duties including generation of reports.

This role might be for you if you have:
2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in operations or administration preferred.
Detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy.
Confident in making callback communications to customers, including rejected claims.
Preferably possesses number-based work experience (e.g. Accounts Receivable or similar).
Strong team player with leadership potential, good interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
Highly organized with good time management. Problem-solving mindset, self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
