Job description for Assistant to the General Manager at Audax Visuals Pte Ltd
Key responsibilities
Support overall business operations and manage client liaison, business communication, project coordination, and relationship management
Assist in developing and maintaining business channels and strategic partnerships across Southeast Asia
Organize and maintain project documentation and records
Prepare project reports, presentations, and business materials
Support project presentations, internal training sessions, and client meetings
Provide professional Mandarin–English interpretation during meetings, site visits, and business discussions
Translate business documents, proposals, reports, and correspondence between Chinese and English
Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the General Manager
Coordinate schedules, appointments, travel arrangements, and business engagements
Assist with interior design-related coordination and support communication between stakeholders
About you
Malaysian national preferred, with strong familiarity with the Southeast Asian business environment
Fluent in Mandarin and English, with the ability to independently conduct business discussions, interpretation, and document translation
Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Environmental Design, Soft Furnishing Design, or related disciplines is an advantage
Prior experience in business support, project coordination, executive assistance, or design-related roles will be highly preferred
Strong organizational and coordination skills with high attention to detail and strong execution capability
Professional appearance and communication skills, with high emotional intelligence and interpersonal sensitivity
Resourceful, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple priorities and ad-hoc tasks efficiently
Stable, reliable, and able to work independently in a dynamic business environment
