A growing food manufacturing company focused on premium wafer sticks and butter cookies for global export markets is looking for an Assistant Technical Expert, HRGA.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, training, payroll calculation, and people development
Manage GA operations, including support staff, employee benefits, engagement programs, and HRIS utilization
Handle industrial relations matters, including employee relations, union/community management, legality, permits, and employee contracts
Requirements
Experience in HRGA within the manufacturing/FMCG industry
Strong understanding of industrial relations and HR operations
Hands-on experience with HRIS is a must
Good English communication
