Our client is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team!

Working Day: 5 days

Working Hour: 9am-6pm

Working Location: Redhill area

Salary Range: $3000-$3500

What you'll be doing?

Quantities Preparation: You'll be instrumental in starting and taking off the preparation of quantities for pricing, ensuring budget accuracy.

Quotation Management: Manage and source quotations, follow up with contractors, and analyze costing.

Tender and Quotation Lead: Take the lead on the preparation and submission of tender and quotations.

Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.

Requirement Analysis: Facilitate and study client and designer’s requests and requirements.

Sourcing New Suppliers: Source new subcontractors and suppliers.

Renovation Documents Preparation: Prepare renovation submission documents.

Scheduling for Renovation: Understand renovation phases and do scheduling for designers/sales/contractors.

Who are they looking for?

Educational Background: Diploma/Degree Holder in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

Experience: Preferably at least 1 year of relevant working experience. Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.

Skills: Highly self-motivated, independent, with good communication skills, outgoing, and meticulous.

Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, tight schedules, and under pressure.
