Job description for Assistant Public Relations Officer at SCB Building Construction Pte Ltd
Responsibilities
Handle verbal & written feedback from stakeholders in the form of emails, letters and face to face meet up.
Record and follow up on feedback until closure of case.
Liaise with various Statutory Boards, Government Departments (i.e. HDB, PUB, Town Councils, MOM etc.) and sub-contractors to ensure smooth execution of works.
Arrange for defect inspections in response to feedback by stakeholders.
Co-ordinate both certification works in the upgrading precinct.
Maintains the reputation and goodwill of the company.
Assist in Site Office Administration work.
Requirements
Minimum 'O' Level.
Part Timers are welcome.
Creative and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain comprehensive records and documentation.
